Absolutely! We designed Flayri with a "buy once, use forever" philosophy. There are no hidden fees, no premium features locked behind paywalls, and no subscription plans. You pay once for the hardware, and the app is completely free to use with full functionality.
Our MainBox Hub connects to your home WiFi network and communicates directly with your Flayri mobile app. When a sensor is triggered, the MainBox sends the notification through your internet connection to your phone - no middle-man subscription service required.
Each MainBox Hub can support up to 32 sensors of any type (door, window, or any future sensors we release). For larger homes, you can add additional MainBox Hubs to your network.
Installation is simple and requires no tools. Each sensor comes with high-quality 3M adhesive strips that securely attach to your doors and windows. The app includes step-by-step installation guides with pictures to help you position them correctly.
The MainBox Hub will continue to monitor your sensors even if your internet connection is lost. It will store all activity and sync it to your app once the connection is restored. For critical security needs, the MainBox has an optional local alarm feature that can be enabled.
All our sensors use standard CR2032 batteries that typically last up to 2 years with normal use. The app will notify you when batteries are getting low, giving you plenty of time to replace them. The MailBox plugs into a standard outlet but includes a backup battery that lasts up to 12 hours during power outages.
